Pants, better known as tights, have been around since the early 15th century. Before that, people mostly wore hose, although stockings and pants were sometimes sewn together much earlier. Our gray medieval pants are made of pure, elastic cotton that is soft and particularly comfortable to wear. An elastic drawstring at the waistband ensures the medieval pants stay securely in place, and at the ends of the pant legs, there is a loop that replaces the wider foot part obligatory for tights and prevents the pants from riding up. An extremely comfortable garment!
