The Tanto is a Japanese knife constructed using similar methods to a Samurai’s katana, only much shorter. It was easy to conceal, making it ideal as a secret secondary weapon or for assassinations. This straight blade shape is often associated with ninjas, who used such weapons at night for acts of sabotage, espionage, or assassinations. So, if you want to play a character inspired by feudal Japan at a LARP, this is the perfect blade for you.

The foam weapon consists of a fiberglass core rod covered with high-performance foam. A thick layer of latex makes the LARP weapon particularly durable. The tip is reinforced with Kevlar to prevent tearing. With proper care, it will bring LARPers joy for a long time.
