His credentials are beyond impressive: He created the special effects for various characters in "American Horror Story," designed the zombies in "I Am Legend" (2007) and was the personal make-up artist for Jim Caviezel, the protagonist of "The Passion of the Christ" (2004). Using them is foolproof:

Cut out the wound and remove from transfer paper
Flip it over and press it back into the transfer paper
Peel off the plastic sheet on the back
Press the back for at least 30 seconds firmly into your skin
Moisten the transfer paper completely with a sponge
Carefully peel off the paper
Stick on the horn and add some of the fake blood included – voilà!
