Armor Sets at Andracor

An armor set generally has the advantage that the individual components of the armor fit well together, as they were mostly designed in the same style and the materials used are the same for all parts of the armor set. We offer you a variety of metal knight armor sets, leather armor sets, and also PU plastic armor in our Andracor online shop.

Medieval Knight Armor or Plate Armor

A typical knight's armor is usually a full metal armor. At least in the imagination of many. Various armor pieces make up a complete armor set, including a helmet, breastplate, plate arms, and plate legs. Also, so-called sabatons (armored shoes) and especially important: gauntlets. All of this together then forms the classic knight's armor of the late Middle Ages, also often called full armor or full harness. Buying a complete knight's armor usually means spending a lot of money. However, at Andracor, we offer you the opportunity to save some money by offering armor sets.

"Medieval" Plastic Armor

At Andracor, you can find various armor sets made of different materials. In addition to leather armor and metal plate armor, we also offer armor and armor sets made of PU, i.e. Polyurethane. This material allows for the production of a lightweight but stable plastic armor for use in live action role-playing or cosplay. In fact, our plastic armor sets are the most complete sets we carry, and each part of an armor set is well matched to the other. At the moment, we offer 7 different lines of plastic armor parts, each forming a PU armor set together.

Leather Armor Sets from Andracor

But since we have our own Andracor Leather Workshop and leather armor is our oldest line of business, we offer a particularly large number of leather armor sets. These can consist of a varying number of parts. We have armor sets consisting of a leather breastplate and shoulder armor, but also the occasional complete leather armor set with additional armor pieces such as leather thigh pouches to protect the thighs, or armor sets with leather arm guards and leg guards. If you decide to buy such a leather armor set, you are buying quality made in Germany, made by LARPers for LARPers. Even our leather comes from cows in Germany, and the vegetable tanning also takes place here!
